Insurance Options
- Option 1 (FREE): Standard Indiana Mover’s Transit Coverage of $.60/pound per item
- Option 2 ($150 FEE): Actual Cost Value Damage Coverage will be applied to all articles
Important Information
- Two hour minimum on most jobs – please ask
- Specialty item fee of $100.00 for items such as pianos, gun safes, treadmills, ellipticals, hot tubs, pool tables, and ALL interior appliances. Specialty item fees are applied to cover the additional risk and liability when moving items of this nature.
- Gas/mileage outside of Westfield, IN is $2.50/mile, $60 minimum round trip with one truck.
- $60 travel fee for moves within Westfield IN
- 3.5% processing fee for credit cards
- Cancellations made within 48 hrs. of move day are subject to a $50 fee unless due to weather – that money goes to the movers who have lost the opportunity to work
